This is a shaped positioner with lateral grooves to be used as retractor, made of polyurethane foam with load-bearing structure, supplied with cover, ideal in various hospital wards such as operating rooms, rehabilitation, intensive care, long-term care. The cover (CD01605C)  is made of bi-elastic and breathable polyurethane to reduce friction between the skin and the cushion and promote low pressure in the support areas.
